HOW IT STARTED

We have evolved into Main Street Title from our years of experience and know-how.

We’re here to serve everyone - buyers, sellers, agents and lenders. Our true focus is with Real Estate Agents, and we intimately understand how they want things done and how they operate with our over 40-years of experience in the real estate sales industry. At Main Street Title, we can relate to agents because we have also worked on their side of the transaction, and understand how the entire process works.

Because of our vast industry experience spanning decades, we’ve seen it all - the housing boom, crash, and refinancing surge. With our unique industry experience and perspective, we have the ability to provide you consultative services to ensure you’re making the right move for yourself or your client.

The focus at our office is to create a smaller, more intimate feeling with both the agents we serve, and their clients. Our more than 40 years of combined experience ensures we have the knowledge, customer service, and know-how to get the transaction completed in a timely fashion, all while being available to answer all your questions every step of the way.

  • KERI EISIMINGER

    With 25 years of experience as a closer, title examiner, and escrow processor, Keri Eisiminger knows the value of client care and attention to detail. She’s the founder of Main Street Title, one of the premier title companies in Metro Detroit. Keri has built a positive workplace culture through her ability to define company goals and motivate her team. A self-described ‘worker bee’, Keri knows how to stay calm and productive in any situation. She’s found success through her dedication to efficiency. In her free time, Keri enjoys spending quality time with her children, grandchildren, and ‘grand dogs’ Rascal and Max.

  • SHANNON MEYER

    Shannon Meyer is our Processor & Admin, and boasts a resume of over 20 years in the Real Estate industry. At Main Street Title, Shannon is invaluable as she does a little bit of everything, from processing to scheduling closings and general receptionist work. She loves her co-workers, enjoys the detail-oriented nature of processing paperwork, and has a passion for helping customers navigate through the closing process. Shannon is organized, patient, and a people-person. She is proud to work with the team at Main Street Title!

  • JARED QUICK

    Jared Quick is our title examiner, title policy issuer and document recorder at Main Street Title. Since starting at an entry level position in the industry while attending school, Jared has worked for 7 years in the title business under 2 title companies and 3 underwriters. He’s gained valuable knowledge by being organized, focused, and always asking questions. Jared loves working at Main Street because of the relaxed office environment, and dedication to efficient operations. When he’s not in the office, he’s typically hanging out with his family and his dog, Nova and enjoys golfing.
