We’ll start with a title search to look into every deed, mortgage, or easement, and ensure your investment is protected from future claims. This insurance policy will protect against things like unrecorded liens on utilities, work orders, unpaid taxes, and even title fraud. These factors will ensure you can purchase commercial properties without the fear of the unknown.

Services We Offer

  • Before you can get title insurance on your residential or commercial property, our team and Main Street Title will complete a title search for you. Essentially, we will take a deep dive into all of the recorded property transfers, liens, and any other encumbrances taken out against the property in question. This will conclude with a preliminary report being delivered to the buyer and seller.

  • In addition to all your title service needs, we also offer escrow services at Main Street Title. Buyers of a property would transfer funds to us as the escrow provider, and if all requirements of the terms of the transaction are met, the funds are then further transferred to the seller of the property.

  • We know getting ahold of a real person can be a challenge - that’s why we make ourselves available in person, virtually and via phone, email and text to get the process started. We accept title orders from realtors and lenders to be examined for property history purposes.

  • We’ll take all the information you provided in your title order to do a thorough examination on the property history. We want you and your clients to have the full picture as the transaction progresses.

  • When we’ve finalized the examination of the property’s title, we will issue you a commitment to issue title insurance and share with the lender or realtor associated to the transaction. This will include the things that the client needs to complete by closing at at the closing table.

  • We are here to answer all of your questions every step of the way. Whether it’s a title or escrow account to accompany the purchase of your new property or home, we will ensure the deal closes as smoothly as possible.
